How
to use AR's FTP site  If you want to use our FTP
site to upload a job or download finished work, there are several things you must know and have
beforehand.
- Anonymous logons are not permitted.
Consequently, you must call AR, (919 870-5277) for a
user id and password before using the FTP service. The
userid and password is unique to your company.
- You will have assigned to you a specific folder.
This folder is for your use and is not available
to other users of the FTP service.
Consequently, you will have access only to your
folder and the general Ashley Randall folder.
- We recommend that you download WS-FTP LE from us. This lite version of
the FTP client
software is available free. Click on the above WSFTP
icon to begin the download.
- Create a new connection:
- Click on NEW
- Profile name - recommend AshleyRandall
- Host/Name Address -
arsubcom.serveftp.com
- Host Type - Automatic detect
- Userid - (provided by Ashley Randall)
- Password - (provided by Ashley Randall)
- Anonymous - leave black
- Save Pwd - click on
- Account - leave blank
- Then click apply
- Then click ok
