• Option C: The Whole Hog
• Minimum 40 people required.
• Two (2) weeks advance notice required.
• $10.95 per person includes:

• Whole Hog cooked and prepared
• 3 side dishes (see below)
• Additional meat choices may be added for $1 per person, per meat
• Servers and/or Pit Boss are available at $15 per hour, with 5 hour minimum. If no server or Pit Boss present, the Whole hog will be presented either from the smoker or on a serving table. In the event that a smoker is not available on the requested date, an additional $150 charge will apply for rental. However, Q Shack will waive the $35 set up charge.

• $25.00 Delivery Charge and $35 Set-up Charge may apply for all options.

Tailgating Services

The Q Shack also has a variety of tailgate specials perfect for game day or lunch at the office.

• Option A: Feeds 6-8 people, One pound of Pork, One pound of Beef and full slab of ribs with 3 pints of sides, large hushpuppies and 1/2 gallon of tea.
